Your personal data matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains in plain language what information halo4d collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your own data as a player on our platform.
These cards summarise halo4d's core data-protection commitments. They are provided for quick reference only — the full legally binding text follows in the clauses below.
All data transmitted between your device and halo4d's servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols. Your personal and financial information is never sent in plain text.
halo4d does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your data is used solely to provide, improve, and secure our platform services.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time. Submit a data request via our support team and we will respond within the timeframes set out in this Policy.
We use cookies strictly for session management, fraud prevention, and platform performance analytics. We do not deploy cross-site tracking cookies or share cookie data with unaffiliated advertising networks.
Personal data is retained only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and international compliance obligations.
For all data-related enquiries — access requests, deletion requests, or concerns about how your information is handled — contact our dedicated privacy team at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data collected by halo4d in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the device or method of access. It covers data collected directly from you (such as during registration and KYC), data generated automatically by your use of the Platform (such as log files and session data), and data received from third-party payment providers and identity verification services.
The Company acts as the data controller in respect of all Personal Data processed under this Policy. As data controller, the Company determines the purposes for which, and the means by which, Personal Data is processed. Where the Company engages third-party service providers to process Personal Data on its behalf, those providers act as data processors and are bound by contractual obligations that limit their use of the data to the specific tasks for which they are engaged.
halo4d collects Personal Data through two primary channels: information you provide directly to us, and information generated automatically when you interact with the Platform.
Information You Provide Directly:
Information Collected Automatically:
The Company processes your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal grounds, depending on the specific activity involved:
halo4d uses the Personal Data it collects exclusively for the following purposes:
We do not use your Personal Data for automated individual decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant consequences, except where this is expressly required by our AML compliance obligations. In such cases, you have the right to request human review of any automated decision.
halo4d does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may, however, share your data with the following categories of recipients under the conditions described:
halo4d uses cookies and similar client-side tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The cookies deployed on halo4d fall into the following categories:
halo4d does not deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking cookies. You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to or fully using the Platform.
halo4d retains your Personal Data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, subject to the following retention standards:
Once a retention period expires and no legal obligation requires continued storage, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with the Company's data disposal procedures.
The Company implements a layered set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
Subject to applicable law and the Company's legitimate regulatory obligations, you hold the following rights in respect of your Personal Data held by halo4d:
To exercise any of the rights above, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request" and a clear description of your request. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and aim to fulfil it within 30 calendar days. Complex requests may require additional time, in which case we will notify you of the extended timeline.
Please note that certain rights may be limited where their exercise would conflict with the Company's AML, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations. Where we are unable to fulfil a request in full, we will explain the specific grounds for any limitation in our response.
The halo4d Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the account registration process, and KYC documentation is required to confirm eligibility before full account functionality is enabled.
If the Company becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the Personal Data will be deleted from the Company's systems as promptly as the applicable retention obligations permit.
If you have reason to believe that a minor has opened an account on halo4d, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. All such reports are treated as urgent and are escalated directly to the compliance team.
The Platform may display references to, or integrate services from, third-party providers — including licensed game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — whose software is embedded within the halo4d interface. While halo4d takes care to partner only with reputable, regulated providers, the data practices of these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
halo4d is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party service embedded within or linked from the Platform. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service with which you interact.
As an internationally operated platform, halo4d may transfer Personal Data to, and process it in, countries other than Indonesia. This may occur, for example, when data is stored on cloud infrastructure hosted in a different jurisdiction, or when KYC documents are reviewed by a verification provider operating from a different country.
Wherever Personal Data is transferred internationally, the Company ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the data to a standard that is at least equivalent to the protections described in this Policy. Such safeguards may include standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or other recognised transfer mechanisms.
By registering an account on halo4d, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to countries outside Indonesia for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards outlined above.
The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, our data processing practices, or the services offered on the Platform. When material changes are made, the revised Policy will be published at this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date, and registered users will be notified via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at the time of their next login.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure. Your data will continue to be retained for the periods specified in Clause 8, as required by applicable regulations, even following account closure.
For all questions, concerns, or formal requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the processing of your Personal Data by halo4d, please use the following contact channels:
The Company will acknowledge all privacy-related correspondence within 72 hours of receipt and will provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this period by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and its reasons before the initial deadline expires.
Our support team is available around the clock to address any data protection concerns. You can also explore our full Terms & Conditions, review our Responsible Gaming commitments, or return to the homepage.
